Originally from South Africa, he is a multi-award-winning professional: twice named Service Advisor of the Year (2013, 2014) and a multi-time Service Manager of the Year finalist, winning the title in 2022. He passionately believes in keeping regulars and road-trippers happy, building long-lasting relationships, and ensuring everyone gets back on the road safely.
