Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide a premium buying experience
Guide buyers through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to final delivery
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
Maintain expert-level knowledge of luxury vehicle brands and their features
Use automotive software and CRM tools to manage leads and follow up effectively
Ensure all sales transactions comply with dealership and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury vehicle segment
Passion for high-end vehicles and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Experience using automotive CRM and software systems
Holds a current salesperson licence and a manual driver’s licence
